Steam Roast
1 kg chicken
Salt according to taste
Red chillies according to taste
Khatai powder 3 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Water as desired
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Marinate for 1 hour in salt, chillies, khatai powder.
Take a big pot, add the chiken with enough water for 2 hrs cooking.
Add the oil and put on low heat.
Cook for 2 or 3 hrs until very soft and meat seperates from the bones
serve hot with ketchup and french fries.
