sab se pehlay piyaz ko oil mein lighjt brown karna hai phir lensan adrak and tomatoes and chicken add karo phir garam masala, red chili powder ,salt2 tea,,alo bukharay beghay hoe aik chatak,and phir tori dair baad adha hardina ,podina daalna hai and 2 green chilii aur cover kar doab aik pateli mein tora sa oil lo us mein 1tea cumin seeds daalo and boil rice daal do,phir 1 tea salt daalo and boil karo phir jab boil ho jaye tu us rice kay kay bech mein hole bana kay us mein woh biryani masala daal kay upper se adha hardhian and podina daaldo and zarday ka rang bhi daal do and dum per rakh doo .

Filled Green chillies -- Rida
lambi green chillies lay lo jitni chay er unkowash kar k centre mai cut daldosaunfrai kalongimethi danapisa dhaniyayeh sab things 1~1 teaspoon leni haisalt 2 tastehaldi 1 pinch2 lemonjuicewater thora sa1 teaspoon sugar
pehlay saray maslay ko bland karlo then lemonjuice r water add kar k paste bana k chillies mai fillup kark shallow fry karlo ok
Classic daal recipe --- Rida
1 cup monng daal1 cup masoor daal1 1/2 tsp saltdono daalo ko 1 hr tak pani mei bhego kar rakhna hai n then 20 min tak dono ko ek saath cook karna hai.daalo mei add namak also.1 pao tomato1 large finely chopped ki hoi pyaaz1/2 tsp haldi1 tsp pisa garam masala2 tsp lal mirch pwder1tsp chinese salt10 kari pattalehsan adrak paste 1 TBSP1/2 cup oil
daalo ko fully cooked karlena hai(jo oper mention kia hai)phir ek alag pan mein pehle pyaaz ko fry karlena hai jub brown hojae tou add chopped tomatoes,thora sa bhoon k add 1/2 tsp salt,lal mirch,haldi,lehsan adrakpaste aur thora sa pani add kark cook karenge itna k tomatoes ka paste ban jae.phir add hara dhaniya aur hari micrh aur phir is mei boiled daal add kardenge saath hi pisa garam masala,chinese salt aur kari patta.phir mix kark 3-4 min cook karein.daal tayyar..!!
